Kether should be able to hit dreamform people. When I battled Ethelon in the arena, when he was in dreamform, it didn't work.

Yeah, kether definatly hits dreamform, there are probably logs of it hitting Rhysus somewhere in here, with all the people moaning about him using the skillset.
I can't see making summoning ents impossible once dead in the arena. That would screw a lot of people, and isn't an out-of-arena simulation like the arena is supposed to be, other then the unlimited herbs, etc.
And re-strong-ified astral creatures would suck, any race under 12 con wouldn't be able to go on astral. I hope that wasn't a serious suggestion *peer* *glare my mere 2950 or so health*

I think the Astral creatures should be put back to their boosted strength as well. Astral should be for those 75+. You should not be level 55 or lower and expect to survive.

Or to paraphrase you more accurately - restricted only to those races/class combinations that have constitution, defence and/or healing capacity (pick two out of those three) pouring out the buttocks, because nobody else can bash up there.
Asarnil as a L70 Dracnari Ur'Guard with putrefaction up still had trouble with some singular mobs (hell even the Obesefessors were kicking his ass on occasion). Boosting them back up just means that Astral will become the private bashing ground of people tanky like you because nobody else will be able to survive up there.

I'm level 77. And have 2950 or so health. I could live with them being boosted strength I guess, just only one summoned at a time.

Yeah, he was probably tri-trans with surge up and thusly 5-7k health easy. Either that or Tae'Dae/Igasho and thus tanky as hell.
Oh by the way - dwarves really need to get looked into as a race - my dwarf alt bashed from L22-50 in about 6-7 hours easy.

I've done from level 10 to 50 in 6 hours in Imperian. Gaining levels is even easier here thanks to Astral.
It's not really the race, more so class choice.

It is more the race - I was getting slapped down by spectres as a viscanti on tainted land, as soon as I went dwarf my tankability factor went up by 10.

It may surprise you, but I ALWAYS bash as a Mugwump rather then a dwarf. Speed of kills > Experience bonus > Tankiness. While I may gain the same amount of experience as a Human would (because I'm killing faster), I also have the advantage of making more gold, karma, and essence, since there are more corpses, rather then just more experience per kill.

At level 70 you would have 3940 health with weathering, 4150 if you had Lowmagic. Throw putre + fieldplate on there, I don't see how you can't tank Astral sipping constantly.

You didn't even have to sip there either. I do think the NPC's on Astral need their levels boosted a bit. Perhaps they should add extra areas to each sphere, that you can enter, that has different creatures that keep with the theme of that sphere, but are more difficult, or perhaps the same creatures, just a higher mob level.
