I had this wierd dream about Lusternia last night (Sad I know, but it also had Jude Law and Brad Pitt in it in jock straps), and it was this neato quest.

You enter Isune's fulcrux and there is this archway . You try and enter it and out comes her pet that I cant remember the name of. He tells you that you must speak the words of compassion to him in order to enter. He then tells you how to locate the words and what not and how for. You go out and search for the pieces of the scroll. You figure out the phrase return to Her fulcrux and speak the words and he lets you pass.

Its this massive garden seperated into four areas with a lake in the center. When you first enter you happen upon a maiden weeping upon the ground. She recalls to you the tale of the sacrifice of compassion. She tells you how Isune longed to spread her blessing upon the basin and while she is no longer with us it may still be done. She tells you Isune intrusted four mortals with these secrets and you must seek them out. The Bard of the Raven, The Sorcerer of the Dove, The Warrior of the Swan, and the Lorekeeper of the Falcon. She tells you that you will know them because they bear the mark of Isune, and when you find them to whisper the words of compassion to them. Once all come to home to the gardens then you can begin the ritual

So you go out unto the basin and search for them. You happen upon one and you whisper the words to them. He gives you a quest to complete to that he may return to the garden. You complete it and lead him to his place within the garden. The garden is divided into five areas. The North is the Bay of the Dove, the South is the Circle of the Swan, the East is the Fires of the Falcon, and the west are the Alcove of the Raven.

After all four of them have been returned each one will require you to go on a quest to retrive an artifact to aid in the blessing. I had them all dreamed up, but it would kinda suck if they like it and actually implement it and everyone know all the quests. Once all four artifacts have been retrieved an altar shall rise from the center of the lake.

You go and greet the Maiden from when you entered and she will send you off to retrieve one last item. Once you retrieve the item she will lead you to the center of the lake and begin the ceremony. In my dream she was dancing on the water and lily petals rained down upon the basin.

As a result of this quest the followers of Raezon and Viravain would suffer constant mana drain during the month of Dioni(Its the only one I can remember). While the followers of the remaining Gods even Fain would get a boost in some stat. Like +2 Dex or something. Once the month of Dioni is over the Blessing fades.

There would be very strict rules as to how it operates though like Person A can only be led to the Garden during a full moon, or Person B can only be led to the Garden on the first of the months and what not. Also if you attack any being loyal to the garden you are enmied to it and Isune's pet will attack you if you try and say the words of compassion to him

That's a very... complex dream.

Mine are more like, "I went to 7-11 and got a slurpee. The end."

The best part of the dream was when Brad Pitt who was wearing this leather loincloth that was almost short enough to see his manness and was shirtless and sweaty told me that I had to bring him the heads of Erion and Murphy to complete his portion of the quest. He had a whip too!

Oh yes, the dream... neat quest idea, I just think there could be a cooler and more fair result, although at the moment ideas escape me.
