You said 5 seconds in your previous post, it's less than 5 seconds, since it's 4 seconds..

It's 4 seconds as a Merian, with the level 1 eq boost. Without an eq boost, it's 4.5-5 seconds. Lag depending.

No. The basic is 4.5 seconds, 5 with lag.

Lvl 1 eq makes it 4.1 seconds, lvl 2 makes it 3.6(What I'm at) and if it were possible, lvl 3 would put it at 3.1

That's how the formula for Moonburst speed tell it, and that's how it is, right now.

No, it was 6.2 seconds before the upgrade, Icarus had timestamped tests to prove it.

Oh yeah, before the upgrade it was way longer than curse. After the upgrade, it was the same as curse: 4.5-5 seconds with no eq boost
