I voted for Nightmare. I like Ivy, but she's not my favorite; she just has the coolest weapon.

Oh, and there's no Edgemaster in Arcade version. Nor is there Lizardman, Berserker, or Assassin.

Seung Mina is just the best, you can so punk your way through the entire game with her. And yoshimitsu does have a purpose...and its getting two yoshimitsu's and playing Soul Pogo...I think you can all guess what that is.

Seung Mina annoys me because I keep trying Kilik moves and getting the crap version. I mean, she has her own, but I'm used to Kilik.

its the exact opposite for me, I cant use kilik, cos I try seung mina's.

But I used Seung Mina all the way from Soul Edge, so I can't abandon her now.

Ah, I never played before SC2. Fair enough.

Seung Mina is fun, because she has some moves I can just spam against my friends and they fall down pretty fast. Kilik is a lot more versatile, though.

I find Link fun to play as to. Who else can mount their opponent and smack their ass with a pink sword, all while wearing a lavender costume? Nightmare has to have some ego problems when he gets beat down by the fairy boy.

Heh. I don't like the gamecube, so I only really see Heihachi. And he's a bit too tekkenised to be effective, I find. Re: 10H combos. Don't really work here because of the better 8D walk.

I hear he hurts like hell though, if he gets in close enough.

And he has to better than Link. Kid's got decent ringouts, but past his neat tricks with his toys, he hasn't got much.

Cervantes is the pirate right? If so they he is the best Nothin beats swashbuckling. My only problem with SC2 is you could just button mash and win rather then do good combinations

I like Maxi and the scimiatar guy the best. Now that I actually played all of them.

I find Ivy easy to beat. She has too much of a delay after she starts an attack.

My favorit move though is a tossup between the Taki jump and backstab, or the voldo roll and gut.

I only recently played SC2 at my friends place, can't believe they got rid of him! He was so Awesome!

Ivy flows well if you get her moving. And I still love God Whisper, especially since you can cancel out of it and throw them.

Button mashing doesn't work if you get a little better, same as any fighting game.

And yes, Cervantes is the pirate.

As for favourite move? Possibly either that move where Xianghua looks like she's about to slash you in the face, but changes her mind and pokes you in the foot (god that's annoying when they do it on me, I never block the right one ) or Kilik's throw where he jumps off you and throws the staff into the small of your back (although that never works unless you've already KO'd someone and they're doing the spin-around-and-fall-over thing .)

Coolest? For sheer brutality, I favor Nightmare's Earth Shatter (150 damage unblockable), where he lifts up his sword, wreathes it in flame, then smashes you with it. Fun.

For style, Summon Suffering and Calamity Symphony are my favorites.
