I agree Visaeris, I really really am upset with this situation... The Glom folks want to be the ones that create their commune, but they have to rely totally on Magnagora because the whole situation is favoured towards Serenwilde right now. A few minor changes like you suggest would be nice... hopefully it'll get a few.

Well, when people are lieing about what thier leadership tells them, and nobody has any balls to tell the people who are ruining things to stop, the affective truth is that nobody is doing anything but killing the other side.

Exactly, that's what my rant against Cron in the idiots forum is all about. But he either doesn't accept the point, or we're aiming our points away from eachother.

Maybe if Serenwilde stops people from raising tainted fae and works towards untainted fae we can bring back Gloriana instead of Glomdoring. I don't know what the admins have in mind but perhaps we should sit back from bashing on everyone and think that perhaps this can go both ways.

It's sad, when Magnagora raided ethereal to feed gorgulu(sp?) tainted fae, people on both sides complained it wasn't fair. Kethuru(sp again?) threatened the world people on everyside complained something wasn't fair.

Glomdoring faction is trying to raise Glom (duh) and Serenwilde would rather Gloriana but instead of just working towards each others own ends it seems like it's become bash the admin day because "Well they aren't doing it how I would do it." "They aren't making it easy to raise glom." We don't know what they have in store for us. As corny as it may sound can't we just once bust our butts on both sides of the fence and not complain about it being too hard or too easy or too whatever.

I'm rushing out the door so I probably missed quite a few points, if I remember the thread when I get back to work on monday i'll edit, rewrite, or reply to whatever anyone else had to say.

I'd like a third one. A new name for that darned tainted dog that doesn't sound so much like the name of a particular non-tainted cat.

I'm pretty disappointed at the ways we're being forced into an endless conflict too. It's like every dynamic that there is in the world has been stripped away and it's all Moon and Night, nothing else. Every attempt at discussing the situation is brushed aside with a simple logical fallacy: conflating any alternative to endless war with "they're not our enemies" which is easy to refute.

There are all kinds of perfectly canonical reasons why we might come to some kind of relationship between Serenwilde and Glomdoring that isn't complete utter diametrical opposition and endless war, something more multilayered and complex, more subtle, less black-and-white. But they're being ignored and suppressed.

For the first time I find excuses floating up from the back of my mind why not to log in. This is not a good sign. Knowing that the Glomdoritos are feeling frustrated too is even more disheartening -- if some people are suffering you hope at least someone else is getting the other end of the stick. It might not have been so bad if we'd had a chance to catch our breath after the end of the world. All those interesting things in Lusternia I wanted to do... if only I could.

I think its REALLY stupid to blame Serenwilders for fighting, when that damn dog is going "Night will destroy Moon!" and if you've ever READ THE HISTORIES, you'd know that Night wants to CONSUME ALL OTHER GREAT SPIRITS... problem for Serenwilde? yes.

Also, you have Lisaera IG telling Seren that this isn't about 'balancing nature' and to fight.

What the hell is Serenwilde supposed to do? They tried the "Ok, here's a list of 10 people that can roam Ethereal unharmed" and then you guys have a flood of Magnagorans sitting seiging the entrance to Serenwilde.

And you're blaming THEM for your conflict? I mean, really, as of late, Serenwilde has had the BEST RP of what they are supposed to be. You have Seren first working towards Gloriana and now fighting Glomdoring and giving the finger to both cities.. that is what Serenwilde was MEANT to be.. but.. then.. on the flipside, you have Magnagora and Celest dealing, when, really, they should be as heavily at eachothers throats as Seren and Glom.

Don't blame Serenwilde because they are RPing based off their history, which means, there is NO peace with Glomdoring - it is a tainted forest, and even the Great Spirits, Moon and Hart, who are full of compassion and enlightenment, are set upon eradicating its tainted nature.

Yeah.. lets BOOOOO the Seren because they're actually following the role given them. Hell, if anyone of you have actually learned Stag, it TELLS YOU that your charge is to essentially battle Crow and his minions, and help Hart kill him. And you're asking us to sit around and let you raise the Avatars which will support him? .
