Wouldn't the clothing start floating once underwater though? Doesn't even have to be underwater. A strong breeze and she might as well not be wearing anything.

Funny, I've also pictured Merians as being Zora-like humans. I like that better though. She is still humanish, but her face is good. No fins in the arm area though.

I like it, my favourite so far.

The spell isn't bubble, the casting message for bubble shows you blowing a big giant bubble at them. The only spell that involves balls of water is dilute, I'm guessing that's what it is! (If it was intended to reflect an actual spell at all.)

I can see the Merian fighting the Dracnari (for second place in my favorite list), both those graphics are great... with much detail.
