My reasoning being that unless they have really dorky Soulless who vote for themselves , if it's

i) 5:5 in the day, all the Soulless +1 Elder vote for an Elder = Soulless win
ii) 5:5 in the day, all the Soulless vs all the Elders = draw
iii) 5:5 in the night, Soulless kill off one = Soulless win
iv) 5:5 in the night, Soulless try to kill, but guarded = repeat i) or ii)
