I'll follow Daganev's example and vote against whoever Soll's voting against. I'd rather not miss another vote, even if I'm clueless. doh.gif

I thought last time, and have found no reason this time to think otherwise, that Elders have a much more difficult time in this than the Soulless.

In the interests of throwing something else on the table, since we don't have much, I'll admit to being a regular Elder. Take that as you will, a claim false or true.

Right now, I'm more inclined to believe Soll is a Seer (or I wouldn't be voting with him), but I won't continue to think so if I find reason to believe otherwise.
Unknown2005-04-24 21:35:36
Regular ol' Elder also, as Soll should be able to testify, if he inspected me like I asked.
Unknown2005-04-25 00:00:49
ohmy.gif I don't wub.gif you any more Soll. Infact, now that I think of it, these people you are 'confirming' as Elders really don't know if you have checked them and we really don't know if one of them is the other Soulless. I'd rather get rid of you just incase and play the rest of the game blindly than keep you and risk you as a Soulless.

I'll follow Soll and vote Quidgyboo, but my suspicions aren't entirely allayed on Soll and Nayl yet.
Unknown2005-04-25 02:13:37
Good to see the strong tradition of killing elders is continuing le sigh.
Shoshana2005-04-25 03:12:21
I don't think that Quidgyboo is a Soulless, but I don't know who is. I'm going to vote for Sylphas because he's trying to convince people to vote against Soll, who I believe. Even if he is an Elder it would be saving the Seer, as far as I'm concerned, and I think we need Soll alive for as long as possible.

Finishing a bit early today because I have to run. If any of you feel like changing your votes, message me within the next 40 mins and I'll see if a rezz is needed tongue.gif

In his zeal to verify his innocence to the doubters, Soll, Self-Proclaimed Seer, opted to check the person who asked for proof in the second night. This morning, left without a name to go by, the Elders milled about uncertainly, not daring to say much for fear of suspicion falling upon them. Some withheld their votes because they did not know who to vote for, while others voting randomly, and yet still others voted for Soll, Self-Proclaimed Seer.

Finally, late in the afternoon, several of the Elders decided to cast their vote for Quidgyboo, who was named by Laysus even though there was no proof of his being Soulless. Seeing the tide turning against him, Quidgyboo tried to flee, yelling for people to vote for Soll, Self-Proclaimed Seer instead. Soon however, the Elders managed to corner him in the storage room, where a painting of Hajimon resided.

Just as the Elders were about to excute Quidgyboo, Hajimon, the Golden Carrot, noticed the awful painting of him by the Elders and was annoyed. The painting vanished in a flare of fire, and Quidgyboo, being the one standing nearest to it, burst into flames and became a pillar of fire, while everyone else suffered various degrees of burns.

Moral of the story: Vegetables are bad for your health. whistling.gif

Night falls, and one of the Soulless creeps out. Having already discussed the plan previously, it pads softly to Daganev's door. Unfortunately, when it tries to pick the lock, the lockpick breaks and sticks in the keyhole. The Soulless jumps and checks to make sure no one was awaken by the noise, curses softly in frustration, and tries to think of a new plan.

The Soulless perks up as it gets an idea. Returning to its room, it retrieves a gas grenade that causes hallucinogenic visions, circles round the building through the gardens, and tosses it through Daganev's window.

Daganev's heart races in his sleep as his innocuous dreams turn into nightmares. He awakes suddenly, but the nightmares follow him into the waking land, and he is alternately being stunned by visions of Fain chasing after tainted fluff bunnies, and Fain Himself turning into a fluffy bunny, and getting visions of spiders coming out of him. Finally, Daganev's heart gives out from the stress.

Morning comes and the Elder Gods look aghast at the lockpicks broken-off in Daganev's keyhole.

Unknown2005-04-26 06:27:03
Does that censored profanity mean that daganev was somehwat important?

If so, ha ha. that's what you get for killing me.

If not, ha ha anyway, cause I'm a horrible person.
Soll2005-04-26 06:40:37
*cough*
Unknown2005-04-26 06:45:42
Ooh I just noticed something, you joined the forums on my birthdate, Soll.

Anyway, back to the game - I wanna watch!
Shoshana2005-04-26 07:32:21
Soll... Way to go telling the Soulless that you're now unprotected.
Tsuki2005-04-26 08:52:30
So, if I'm remembering right and everyone's been what they claim, we've lost both Guardians, probably will lose a Seer next, and might've lost the other one but the other one's been silent anyway?

And, in any case, there's 10 people left, 4 of which are possibly Soulless? doh.gif

Let me start practicing my sitting duck impersonation. *quack* tongue.gif

Also, I've got a bunch to finish, so if I don't check in in time, just count me as voting along with Soll again.
