"He's a Soulless!" cried Soll, pointing a long, elegant finger at Laysus, who turned pale at the accusation. The crowd of Elders gasps and surges towards him, sweeping the Soulless and those who had doubts privately along, and taking the choice from them. By unanimous consent, thanks to the word of Soll, the unfortunate Laysus was voted to be a Soulless, Laysus was dragged kicking and screaming to the stake and tied there. Soll morphs into a dragon and breathes fire at the stack of wood to set it alight. As the flames consume him, Laysus calls out the names of Shiri, Quidgyboo and Xenthos.

Was Soll a true Seer? Or was Laysus framed? Were those named his fellow Soulless? Or were they picked randomly in a fit of pique? The Elders trudged to bed that night, with questions filling their minds.

After the Elder gods had all gone to bed, the call of a raven echoed among the chirping of the crickets. At the signal, # doors opened, and the Soulless emerged, one by one, for a hasty conference. "XYZ must go," one muttered.

"Nay, tis Kashim we should eliminate this night," another whispered harshly, and the remaining Soulless(es) nodded in agreement.

Forming a circle, they begun their evil ritual and in an undertone, chanted the spell of death. From the murky depths, they called forth an evil minion and dispatched it on its task. Their work done, they scattered back to their own rooms, and the meeting ended as silently as it had started.

Morning came, and the Elder gods awoke, wondering if Soll or Xenthos had survived the night. It was, however, Kashim who was missing, presumed dead.

I don't think we can really add them in at this point. The fact that we'll have much more chance to know what they are is not a good thing. :/

I'm not gonna vote just yet though. I'm suspicious of Kashim, but I'd rather have Soll's input, since I'm fairly confident he's a seer.

I say we let them join. Don't want the game to end to quickly.

I sympathize with missing the sign up... I missed signing up for the first and had to wait for the second.

Adding more people now, after we've started, could make it slightly easier to determine the identity of the Seers/Guardians, since they'll be among the original group. Also, if one or both of the Seers has already checked on people and found them innocent Elders, you'd either be unable to recruit one of them or have to re-inform the Seer(s) with the updated information, and thus indicate also the likely innocence of the added people without the need to spend a night to verify them.

If we've got two people wanting to join, we're hardly into the game so I'd vote for restarting and randomly reshuffling the positions rather than simply adding them and continuing. Or, wait until next game.

We take him out, and we're half done. Hopefully the other seer saw me last night, and now knows that I am a Seer. And now that I have seen two Soulless, I am sure I'll be high on Night priority, so I once again ask for your protection.
It also confuses me that Laysus mentioned three other names, so I think they should be next for checking. I'll be checking Shiri. If the other seer is still alive, please check Quidygboo tonight. I figure that we can have this completed by day 4 if we together.
