Without a GA nobody can be appointed to positions

GM cant really do much without the champion and the GA. Champion promotes the protectors GA promotes the undersec. GM promotes protectors to secutiry, undersec to sec. In short need to start trying to get those 2 positions filled asap. I say Richter would be a good choice for GA if his beliefs were in line with the guild. For champion, maybe Luthe.

for ranks define what are you first... militia, knights, rangers, tribal warriors, merrymen, barbarians or what ever. Go for the barbaric role! savage and all that... mhm... then can invent your own circle thats synonymous to knighting like induction to bloodpact cricles as horde elite or something

They're alright... I think they could be a bit more emotive and spicy, but they seem fine to me. Oh, maybe the fly in the web could be improved. Thats a little too Urguard, in my opinion.

Fian is a type of celtic mythical warrior, who is going to have a special tradition in the ebonguard.

A type of folklore, similar to Davy crocket or something.

Elryn, its obscurity makes it fine for use here. There are many obscure direct mythological draws from the same source which went into the glomdoring. The Slaugh are drawn name for name, redcaps were as well, the Barghest are also drawn directly from the same history/mythology.

Get over it.

Daganev: I like yours, but you have a remarkably LOW amount of ebonglom wyrm references. There's a lot of Crow and Night in there, sure, but you have something unique, unlike the Serenguard, I suggest you use it as much as you can.

Granted, it's just an insane blobby worm that eats things, but I'm sure you can draw some symbology or steal it from Lambert Wyrm related stories et al. or whatever else.

What about Wyrm's Chosen somewhere? Or Weapon of the Wyrm?
