Aye, but I miss my map. tongue.gif

And I'd have to learn vbscript past my very cursory knowledge of it, I think.

I don't suppose there is a map plugin thingy for MUSHclient?

I thought the p in his prompt was prone, not paralyzed. He got both, from the same strike.
Drago2005-04-26 03:22:50
P in the prompt means anything which stops you from moving, not including limb damage. Prone, paralysed, entangled.
Binjo2005-04-26 05:38:40
...and stun.
Amaru2005-04-26 15:54:11
Not stun, I don't think, unless the stun also makes you prone in another way.
Thorgal2005-04-26 17:17:09
Being frozen stiff counts as prone as well.
Binjo2005-04-27 00:13:32
You are stunned by the sight of a massive pink bunny hopping by.

Athana2005-04-27 00:15:36
yeah stun counts as being prone because sometimes i trample when people are stunned
Unknown2005-04-27 00:45:37
It probably shouldn't count as being prone. Someone go bug it.
Thorgal2005-04-27 07:49:19
Or not.
Malicia2005-04-27 13:26:27
I know that when you're stunned, you can't parry. Makes shieldstun/strike a nice move. Especially if you're hitting for 1000 a hit.

Or not.

I'm going by the actual meaning of the word, as in lying face down or tending towards something

prone (prn)
adj.

1. Lying with the front or face downward.
2. Having a tendency; inclined.
Shiri2005-04-28 01:16:04
You're not like that if you're frozen though.

Or, like, webbed.

'cause you don't have to stand afterwards.
Unknown2005-04-28 01:49:11
I know, and I would say those are incorrect uses of the word, also.

Although you could argue that 'prone' is being used to say that you are, in general, more susceptable to certain skills.

I still don't like it though tongue.gif.
