Change all the things that you can do in Lusternia into skills, with ranks from Inept to Transcendent, like everything else. Skills of Walking, Saying, Eating, etc. Think of the credits that people will buy!

An annonymous Ur'Guard with Inept Clapping:

Do the "clap" emote in Lusternia.

EDIT: I think I know what you meant now. The Ur'guard's trying to clap, but since he's inept in it, he's not doing it very well.

I'm just imagining a six year old managing IRE's marketing.
OH GOD

I see. Your wit is far too low-brow for me tongue.gif

You'd be hard put coming up with 12 ranks of clapping ability though.. biggrin.gif

Apprentice:
Cuber gives a fairly mediocre attempt at applause, though most of his claps are misaligned and give off an uneven, muffled sound. It reminds you of an excited child with more enthusiasm than co-ordination.

Trans:
Cuber claps for you with a grace that surpasses Divinity, and as the perfectly clear thunder of his claps reach your ears, you forget it is you that he is applauding.

Oh! Oh!
And as an alternative to bashing and influencing or fighting and debating, you could have clapping battles... Trying to out-clap your opponent... Three types of clap attacks, Thunder (loudly as possible), Rapid (fast applause), and Rhythmic (can you say pattycake, pattycake?).
Then have equivalent 'clapsets', like debating mindsets.

Bah, I'd rather have a skillset dedicated to staring. Then we could have staring contests.
Manjanaia2005-04-26 16:43:45
Ah the art of flicking a pencil lead into someone's eye as they stare. That would be cool.
