Idea came from the Player Pics thread, with its discussion on martinis wink.gif

There is no "all of the above" option, so I went with mixed drinks, since I love cocktails.
Unknown2005-04-27 04:40:00
I agree, we need more inclusive options.
I went with mixed drinks because I love screwdrivers and whiskey sours. Of course I also like whiskey shots... dry.gif >_>

Beer is disgusting though, IMO, and I've never had wine, but I also like the "softer" drinks like Mike's Hard Lemonade, and Smirnoff Twisters.

I hate wine. As far as "beer" is concerned, I drink Guiness, and only Guiness. I only like 2 mixed drinks, whiskey sours and Brandy Alexander.

However, I <3 my Jager and my Bailey's. And other things. =D

Jack can be so good to you sometimes. Straight up.

Good wine is awesome, bad wine is abyssmal. Creamy liquors I hate. I've yet to have a beer I really like, but it's not all that bad. I like pretty much anything that tastes good enough for me to drink like I would soda. My all time favorite though, is hard cider. Yummy.

I only drink pina coladas, margaritas, and other stuff of that sort.
Beer is disgusting. yuck.gif

Murphy.

Oh, you said DRINKS not DRUNKS. ninja.gif

I like mixed things.. and coloring. wub.gif

Wine coolers are for, as my man Murphy would say, "girly men." Oh, and girls, I guess tongue.gif

If I drink wine, it either better be worth less then $9 or more then $50. Everything inbetween is a waste, since it all tastes the same until about $50.

I used to be an all mixed, no beer kinda guy, now I'm more the opposite. Still love some good mixed drinks, but I'm no purist...I consider my dirty martini with 3 olives still a martini biggrin.gif

I normally order either beer, or a black russian. My all time favorite from back in college I called a "Speckled Cossack"; a white russian with a bit of cinnimon (or pumpkin spice, or nutmeg if you are desperate).
Singollo2005-04-27 05:27:49
Mudslides, White Russians, Sunrises

but my personal favorite is a good Zombie.

That's not legal in most places. And I've sworn off drinking (for now) so my girlfriend would agree to quit smoking.

We can always be best buddies though, and have wild parties with lots of alchohol. biggrin.gif

Daquiris, margaritas, tequilla, rum, vodka, but uhh *holds up current drink* twisted smirnoff: raspberry
Singollo2005-04-27 06:17:39
Raspberry is the best. Try Jack Daniels Down Home Punch sometime.

I just wanted to marry you so you could supply me with a bar inside our house. But, I suppose we can do the same as friends.

Bring on the assorted alcohol!

I only started 'testing the waters' a couple months ago.

Wine - good with dinner, although I've found Merlot is good by itself. Chardonnay, Pinot Grigio, Sauvignon Blanc, Chianti were all good with dinner, though I didn't like the former two when I had them by themselves.

Mixed Drinks = death. I had a 'Lucy in the Sky with Diamonds' at a Beatles themed place (Skyy Vodka, Blue Curacao, Sweet and Sour Mix, something else), and drank it much too quickly - instabuzz. I'll be avoiding those for the time being.

Beer - eh. I've only tasted a few lite beers my g/f likes thus far, and while I've learned wine is a sipping drink, and beer is a swallowing drink, I'm not a huge fan at all.

I've tasted my g/f's dry martinis (5 parts gin to 1 part dry vermouth) and while I can handle a swallow, it takes me awhile before I can drink anything else. I made a sweeter one for myself (3 parts gin to 2 parts vermouth) and while I finished it, I probably wouldn't like another.

I haven't been drunk yet, though I'm in no hurry to become as such.

All of the above. I drink on occasion but I don't drink much.

For beer I Like Molson Canadian, hard liquors I like Vodka cold as ice (Mezaluna or Grey Goose), mixed drinks I go for Gin and Gin (Ginger Brandy and Gingerale), and for wines I like most whites.
Iraen2005-04-27 14:50:03
Beer!
Amaru2005-04-27 15:29:55
Straight vodka. Or port.
Estarra2005-04-27 15:41:49
Cape Cod is my usual drink (cranberry, vodka, twist of lime).

I also enjoy a Dirty Vodka Martini on occassion.

Some foods (steamed crabs) I enjoy with beer (Corona), though I don't like drinking beer on its own. Same with wine.

Occassionally, I enjoy straight vodka or tequila if its very high quality (though, who can afford it more than once in awhile).

I like good wines, especially the inexpensive good wines like Clois du Bois and Kendall Jackson merlots. I like beer, Miller Light for domestic and Red Stripe for imported...

My favorite drink, that we usually are hitting at the club is something we call a Penetrator not to be confused with a Lemon Drop. It's chilled absolut or stoli, sugar and a lemon. Eat the sugar, shoot the vodka, el sucko the lemon.

Bloody Marys and Mimosas are a favorite with us too for the good ol' breakfast buzz.

I also dig on good scotch. Dewar's, neat if you please. yum.gif
