You can kill soft targets in one combo. People need to stop freaking saying warriors have bad offence, unless they preface it with the fact that the only people who can take their damage are dwarves and other warriors.

Knights offence sucks without artifacts, maybe you should look into it or spar a few knights who dont have artifacts

Paladins have the only half decent knight offence due to judgement and inquisition, which make things a lot better

Umm, thats how I can last anywhere from 1 minute 30, to timing out with him in an arenaspar - as my nihilist or my ur'guard, just by utilising the skills within my skillsets effectively. A lot of the whining about elemental runes is complete BS because unless you are fighting someone who chose to be a faeling, then you are not going to be killing your opponents without a load more work than they have to put into killing you.

Oh sorry, wait a minute, I have managed to kill an unspecialised Merian in a single haymaker - but that is definitely the exception and not the norm.

Murphster, you really do excessive damage..but without the runes, you don't do nearly enough to kill other artifacted fighters, so we need to find a middle ground.

That's because you have armour, putre, and a heck of a lot higher health.

In my log, I was killed in a pulp and two hits (and the pulp stunned and paralysed me so it was statistically impossible for me to get away before he got the next hits in.)

So no, it isn't a lot of BS. It's just that knights, as well as having the potential to do utterly ridiculous damage to softer targets, take a lot less physical damage (and as well as having a higher health, regenerate it quicker) so they get the impression that it's easier to withstand than it actually is.
