No, that is not bad rp, just like not abusing bugs is not bad RP. If I were to find a bug that allowed me to destroy every sapling in Glomdoring at once, all IC reasoning says that Faethan should use it repeatedly, but I wouldn't. Would that be bad RP?

There was an in-game announcement saying don't attack your opponent if they are unresponsive. No OOC needed.

That just means that some of the hops are timing out. A lot. Generally it takes a few seconds to time out.

In other words... the computers between you and Lusternia are lagging. Badly.
