Wisp is ok as it is now, though it needs to be not so instant, since i mean, you cant walk from one side of the forest to another, maybe having a few seconds in between, like looking at it, then following it through the forest.

Just make Hartstone Pathtwist useable from a distance. Wisp is a totally seperate issue as it is not a Demesne ability. If you want to compare Demesne Summon skills then compare them.. i.e. Demesne Summon/Pathtwist

Easy solution: make wisp work like Via..unresistable, moving won't stop it, but at least you get the chance to drop a monolith in time, or leave the forest.

That would work, though if still was blocked by monolith, it'd be worthless.

Delay + warning + blocked by monolith = worthless skill against someone who isn't a newbie. Things are fine the way they are. Well, unless the Divine want to make Moon and Stag wonderfully good skillsets, making abilities like Dark and Shine and such actually worthwhile and remove everything interesting and useful about Night and Crow while they're at it -inno- Just kidding. Things are fine the way they are.

Stag is not fine, nor is Moon. I can't really comment on Night or Crow, but Night looks like it could use some work.

Hmmm...I think this would work if it was blocked by shield but not monolith.
And yeah, Night could actually use something extra now that I'm not panicking about it. But it's definitely still better than Moon and Stag by a way.
