I can see the problems with there only being one leader per guild, and I certainly wasn't trying to scapegoat them...
Nepotism aside, I was thinking of the age-old problem in IRE games, i.e. the quiet periods. Last time I planted a nut and did cwho:

It was a comment, rather than a rant...I'll remember to put an emotion in brackets afterwards next time.
If you look at a lot of the general threads, many of them degenerate into rants, this one hasn't, and wasn't one in the first place.
People were making valid comments rather than 'you suck' etc.

Totally agree with you anon... thats why my guild has a system for you to be Guildfavoured all the way up to GR19
This way it doesn't really matter who is around and sees you doing things or not.

To get to gr19?? I though the only way a guild would allow you to become gr19 via tasks was by being GM
