They complained about Santa Claus? One of the LEAST Christian, most pagan aspects of Christmas? Who really is nothing but a secular figure nowadays? That is going a bit too far.
And the Israel thing doesn't pan out, really, because I can only assume their official religion is Judaism, and that because of that, none of the arguments that work in the US or other countries with similar laws and such will work in Israel.

Nevermind the fact that most Christian holidays are bang-ups of pre-Christian harvest festivals such as Beltaine (so mant different spellings of this word) and Samhain.

Well, I don't know if the hammurabi (sp?) code said that you would be condemned if you didn't follow the rules.
The 10 Commandments, though, should send you to hell if you don't follow them, as per the Bible and old Testament, because God gave them to its people. That makes them religious symbols to me.

A. there is no such thing as 'hell' in a Judaism, so you can't really be sent there, and the 10 commandments are as much a Jewish thing as a Christian thing.
B.Hammurabi says explictly in the ending paragraphs that all who deny his laws deny the laws of the gods.

Hammurabi's code is a bit different. It's the first set of written laws. They're not hung up for religious reasons. Also, the 10 Commandments are a symbol of a living religion, not one that hasn't had a serious following in a few thousand years. I'm sure there's pagans who worship Marduk and that pantheon, but I'm pretty sure they don't actually belong to that religion, so much as they just stole the gods.

Biblical scholars would say the modern religions are just new religions that stole the gods. The only diffrence between Hamurabi's Code and the 10 Commandments is length and the number of followers.
If number of followers is an issue, then your merely discriminating against a religion based on popularity. Besides, less than 1% of the population is Jewish and I'll take offence if you say the 10 commandments weren't 'stolen' from Judaism.
anti-Christianity is the new Racism being conducted by the populus if not the instutitions.

There's not nearly as much anti-Christian sentiment as you seem to believe. Anti-public religion, yes. It just so happens that Christians are the majority of people doing it, and seem to feel it's their intrinsic right to tell other people they're wrong, in a government sponsored setting.
And how am I discriminating by number of followers? NO ONE follows Hammurabi's religion. The closest you get is people who use those gods. Judaism might be 1% of the population, but it's a viable, living religion.
