I'm with the 'bot on this one.

You don't need to be a member of a bank. Go into Commonwealth or somewhere and as for a bank cheque for blah amount of American dollars. Ask them to address it to Lusternia or whomever they tell you to in the HELP CREDITS scroll. You give them your Aussie cash and you're done.
I think you have to pay something like a $17 conversion charge also.

$17 conversion? Blah! I'd rather just use my mother's credit card and pay her!
EDIT: Oh and when I start getting an American to teach me how to spell I will let you know, Daganev. Until then: cheque!

We did check, and the result of said checking is that we found out it is CHEQUE.
Manjanaia2005-05-09 16:18:45
It is cheque. It is (guessing here but I'm probably right ) a french word, which we nabbed and you bastardized.
If I'm right I will be rather chuffed.

You say to Fain, of the Red Masque, "You don't even know how to spell 'mask', so STFU."
I know this is unrelated but I had to comment on Cuber's thing...
If Guido had done some research instead of trying to be funny he would realize the way I use the word Masque doesnt mean a -mask- physical object. A Masque is the short form of a Masquerade, a ball in which the guests wear -masks-. So ha!

*comfort Fain* MOST of us knew that
Falasin2005-05-09 21:36:36
And if old Fainy here had done some reasearch on the kind of things that apply in the Funnies then he might see this little term, know as Hue'more.
Using this, knowing that this was GUIDO writing that fake log, and looking at the general style of everything else in that fake log he might have got a laugh out of that.
