I downhill mountain bike everyday I wake up early enough so that it's not 100 degrees (F, not C) outside. And I work outside. Now I just need to perfect my helmet laptop so I can play Lusternia while riding down a mountain...

So I just left the parking lot at school and I had the option of walking around the building, taking the stares and crossing the bridge like a normal person, or hiking straight up the hill with small paths laid out by renegade students, and this thread inspired me to 'hike' it. The hill must have been 3 stories tall since thats how many flights of stairs took you to the bridge... it was hella fun.

Rugby and Football frequently. As in, 4 times a week each.

I used to climb every weekend. Stopped after I got caught soloing without ropes and it started to snow when I was halfway up. Scared the beejesus outta me

I had to take a break from climbing for 9 months after I was soloing, slipped barndoored and therefore dropped way past where I had placed my mats, to make it worse I landed at the crest of a ridge and one of my legs went over so all the force of the fall went onto only one, and I shattered my foot.

Archery, shooting, and dirt biking. wink.gif

S'why my family just bought four different 100+ acre places out in the Ozarks. Mwahaha. Dirt biking!

And some stupid crap about "scenery". Where me gun?
Iridiel2005-05-12 12:02:28
Walking around Barcelona (formally it's outdoors, but there's more contamination there than inside my home, even when I smoke at home), having naps at the beach (going face-up and face-down every half an hour to get fried on both sides the same, while sleeping) and I suppose doing some trekking or whatever you call it (walking around in mountain zones) when I am in healthy mood (once every two centuries, more or less).
Does any of this count?
I wonder how the ones who say they do so many things outdoors manage to be in the game so much time. Admit it, you don't sleep or you have some kind of wireless micro and portable screen wink.gif
Nayl2005-05-12 12:05:51
I don't sleep, well, I do, just once every 2 or 3 days, for about 5 hours.
YAY INSOMNIA

Christ, that sucks, Thankfully the only thing I broke while climbing was a couple of ribs when the handhold I thought was secure just kind of went poof as I started to move. Other then that it's only been the normal cuts, bruises, and abrasions.

This week you've played a total of 0 days, 5 hours and 12 minutes.

What can I say? I'm just real busy a lot of the time, and I don't expect to be averaging more than 2 hours a day for the rest of the summer, if that. There's simply too much to do when I'm not confined to some lame city and campus.

And about to go for my hour or so bike ride.
YAY. Damn flat tires
Maedhros2005-05-13 05:16:06
Well, I don't play Lusternia anymore (SHRUB SHRUB SHRUB). But my daily routine on weekdays is kinda like...

8:20 AM - 2:37 PM = School
2:37 PM - 4:30 PM = Rugby Practice
6:00 PM - 8:30 PM = Football Practice
8:50 PM - 11:00 PM = Get home, try to do homework. Most likely just procrastinate and go on random webpages/games.
11:00 PM - 2:00 AM = So tired. Getting my school projects done a day before they're due. Yay? Otherwise I just go to sleep at around 11:00 if there's no important work to be done biggrin.gif.

Add in the occasional Football/Rugby game, sometimes on weekends wacko.gif.

I surf a fair bit. Used to play a whole stack of sports, but rarely have the time any more... I'm still partial to a game of touch football though!

I didn't really get a chance to play a lot of paintball last year. I'm hoping to get in a few more games this summer. I went to the Castle Conquest event in PA a few years back. 300 defenders on a two story wooden castle with towers and 600 attackers charging up hill or through a ghost town, that was pure adrenalin.

That's sad and pathetic. I haven't play Erion for over a week, I just popped on to check stats (and laugh at people on Panda for the DT GA, as well as the teleport/summon thing).
