Sorry, but no. Gathering spores off of Astral or whereever, then having a Wiccan sniff them all, and tell them the location of each number would be a mind-numbing pain.

...why would you need to have a Wiccan sniff them? You can't make a mushroom circle in one room that leads to another, can you? Just track it by the room you pick it up in.

Or they could just keep track of the mushroom the got them from and have a letter for each location.

Spores have a nasty habit of randomly being placed as the last one in your inventory, or as the first one in your inventory when you pick them up. So no, it would not be fun.

Also, I think Wiccans should be able to Faereturn any Mushroom circle, not just their own.

Keep the others in your pack while you get the new ones.

All that extra effort will discourage widespread use. I'm not saying it'd cancel it, but it would still be a deterrent, which is all that matters, since they aren't changing spores to be Wiccans or Totem-users only (which they should).

Heh. I guess, but I'm sure most people who bash astral can write a simple script to keep track of them. They could even make aliases to transport to areas they want. If you say so though. :/

And Astral bashers generally aren't the type that are too adept at scripting.

i dunno...i just probe a mushroom and write down spore# goes to blank, etc...in my journal then snort spore#

Meh, I made a total script for keeping track of Astral spores I collect, with 'spc ', then I just do 's' to go right there. Tracking with number, spores in pack.
