No shadow, as soon as you hit L99, you get to have the custom shout like Aesyra and all the Divine have. If Gruhk wasn't so lazy he could have one too.

*cough* Shadow = Aesyra. You don't get a totally custom shout at L99, you get a partial one. It can't be golden light at L99 because it's too powerful, I guess. You can have something like 'Like a strand of silk, the voice of Meh touches your mind, "Blah." You can't be as custom and powerful as Aesyra's until Demigod

What Soll said basically. Yes you get custom shout at 99, but the one i have is not something a Titan would get, only a Demi.

And that's it? It seems like a pretty weak reward, but at the same time it doesn't appear to be all that difficult to power-level in Lusternia so it would be extremely sucky if L99 and above were really ... God-like. (This 'thunderclap' sounds pretty crazy, but it uses 10 power).

Hunting doesn't suck, the fact you hunt 24/7 means you are a pacifist. On other notes, I defeated Terenas and is now in the top 10 again!!

I think that the power level of titan/demigod/avatar is just right if and only if there's something in place to encourage the people who reach this stage to, perhaps gradually, move off the stage of mortal affairs and take up more divine matters, just as typically happens when similar ascensions happen in books and fiction. In this case, my concern is that those who reach these levels will not always (or even often) be especially good roleplayers, and I'm concerned that they won't follow along with the path of ascension.

But if we're expected to see Avatars still mucking around doing the same things that they were doing before, this is a bad, bad idea, no matter which "side" gets it.

It sounds like they're trying to keep Demigods and Avatars continously bashing (essence etc). A demigod that dies and doesn't phoenix, becomes a titan again. Although I wonder if Lich/vitae hit? I imagine it'd be impossible to unlich someone, then.

Maybe the Essence of the phoenix keeps you in a state of constant renew, making undead impossible?
