Right, exactly. So the Manse is for broadcasters and interviewees, everyone can hear what's being broadcast FROM there but not everyone has to BE there. Its the same with the studios in CNN, I can be anywhere (with a TV and cable, the equivalent of the clan) and watch it, but the building from which it is broadcast, the place that allows it to be heard everywhere (the equvalent of the Manse), need not be open to everyone.
