So... the new announce post I just saw in my dreams, looked like this.
PLANAR:
As your envoy's requestion a new skill has been added to Planar.
TRANSFER:
Using your crazy abilities to equal out injustices in the universe, you can take any racial balance adjustments and transfer them to your opponents Sipping and Herb eating speeds.
Equilibrium gets transfered to Herbs
Balance gets transfered to Health, Mana, and Ego vials.
This would mean that a faeling would give someone a +3 sipping speed increase, while a tae'dae will give soeone a -3 sipping speed decrease.
This abilility can not be cast on yourself.

Whoever wants a power cost for something like teleport must have woken up with a stick up their

Inside your demesne, however, you should be able demesne center as much as you damn well want without spending any power.
