Clearly I've not kept up on the news here so someone clue me in on this Lusternia radio and the IRC chat channel? I looked back in the posts but the computer I'm on currently is a really crappy dialup so after five minutes of waiting for the page to load I just gave up.

There is no radio, there is no IRC. It's all a hoax. And if you happen to find yourself in a room with lots of people you remember from in game, just pinch yourself, because you're asleep.
