Try to Kill her twice?
Unknown2005-05-18 00:39:39
Aren't you glad that most people who will be getting Demigod any time soon are pacifists?

Can't remember when that happened.
Also, Olan, no idea why you're criticising after you killed two Moondancers barely out of novicehood for bashing in Balach. (One of them didn't even get suspect because she died of a crushed chest or something.)

Which I did...oh yeah! After I got attacked for no reason! If you think Narsrim + Munsia + the webbing denizen I was in combat with is somehow more fair, you can go ahead and justify whatever you want. I told the relevant political persons, and I took some revenge, because I'm tired of this "our city/commune isn't responsible for the actions of individuals." Especially now that the Seren leadership keep saying "no one tells me in character!!!11" I was willing to take my lumps...I declared on both, I lost karma for killing them, etc etc. When Narsrim took his whining to Murphy, I answered to a superior officer. But I'm tired of others having no one to answer to, having their actions consequenceless, and I told Niara and Ibaesha both.
As for Tsuki not getting suspect, I don't know what happened. By the time I noticed he didn't have suspect (I was assuming they both would, not like I checked right after to see if I somehow got around it) I didn't have the death in my buffer.
My 'criticism' as you put it was not 'after' my actions, Shiri, it was BEFORE them, and the CAUSE of them. Get your story straight.
Shiri2005-05-18 01:01:33
Hah. Well, okay (your post was after you did this, actually. So where this "they did it first" stuff comes from is beyond me. You're hardly innocent, it's not even the same kind of thing.) You just have no right to complain, then. It's about killing uninvolved people who aren't even enemies, not teaming up on people who are. Get your judgement straight?
Oh, and I don't blame you for Tsuki not getting suspect, that's just a messy bug with whatever affliction you gave her. Just commenting that

I've often taken that line Olan, with seren leadership with their proverbial fingers in their asses.....someone needs to feel the pain for others actions, when munsia NEVER leaves the commune or forest.
Shiri2005-05-18 01:41:35
Trust me, after that crud she pulled with summoning Alger into Faethorn, amongst other things, I'd kick her out if I could. No excuse to go around attacking innocents though, it really isn't.
Murphy2005-05-18 01:53:18
it is when there is no-one to be held accountable......
EDIT: do YOU want to stand accountable for their actions Shiri? honestly....someone needs to, and all the leadership never leave the forest unless in groups....so what do you really expect us to just sit there and take it? not a chance buddy

But how does killing non-involved people punish Munsia or Narsrim? At least raiding makes them come defend, but killing people who can't defend themselves doesn't do much except make you look like a griefer.

As much as I think beating on Accalia and Niara is a-holish to the point beyond being lame. It is a sound strategy in a tactical sense. With the abilities of a Titan or Demi-God the most modest fighter or basher becomes a potent weapon so long as they can heal. I can't fight worth a spit and I can see that.
Munsia needs a leash too.

MELANCHTHON'S BACK!

You act like Munsia cares about anyone other than herself...

I've lost track of all the hijacking here.
Unknown2005-05-18 08:17:35
Uhh i dont know if this has been answered or not, but can Patrons/Matrons have more them one Avatar? I mean if they couldn't it'd balance it out, since most Demi-gods wouldn't have the ohh so wonderful skills we mortals dont know about... mainly since they're not in the Help file.
Daganev2005-05-18 08:25:52
I'm just happy that I'm allowed to randomly kill people, because I do don't do it often enough.
And its never people I don't know.
But I have to say.. .this finally makes orders fit with what thier purpose is.. I'm very happy.
