Being that envoy reports are emailed in, there's no in-game system to automatically grant access to read the reports upon reaching a certain guild level. However, there's nothing stopping the guilds from implementing this type of policy. It sounds good to me and I would encourage as much envoy-guild communication as possible.

Here here.
I dunno about they rest of you useless envoys, but I went to the trouble of getting the guild experts to help me write them. I mean what the hell I don't know how to be a blademaster, yet alone the uprades needed.
So I went to Alger and Daevos, who both did a lot and also made a few head snap back and a dazed
The biggest problem I think is when envoys aren't top fighters, no offence to drago, but he isn't close to a good fighter compared to eiru and thorgal et al. I've always maintained that the guild champion or someone of equal ability should writhe them, as the top fighters generally know something about balance, and have also fought against all the other fighters in the game and know most of the startegies.
In recent times the envoys have changed in most guilds, leaving only the paladins without a decent envoy who can fight somewhat.

Someone with decent experience and a willingness to listen would be the two best qualities to look for, I think. So being a top fighter would meet at elast one of those.
