You probably just were unlucky with how powerful the goats were. Sometimes they hit for 1k at a time, and others just 300; as Terenas pointed out. Just because you cant tank 2 goats is a pretty retarded reason to quit Lusternia, I cant tank 2 without wasting a lot of sparkle and dont have surge or putre at level 87 but I manage. Maybe just try one at a time? Its not how many mobs you can tank at once, but how fast you can move anyways.
