Knockdown is a bonecrusher effect. It comes from jabs, not swings.

That's just the message you get when the person is low on health.

Severing leg tendons causes the foe to fall down and not be able to get up until they're repaired. (Used only prevent getting up, but didn't knock down).

If a blademaster opens someone's gut, and they leave it uncured long enough, they'll trip on their own guts and the blood from same, and fall down.

Low as in about 300 or so, which is usually the point I either died or finally managed to snort/flow.

So is haymaker a swing or a jab, and does that change if you target it or not? I'm trying to decide between blademaster or bonecrusher next time I get credits.

The way I take it, Blademaster causes awesome afflictions that are ridiculously easy to cure, while Bonecrusher gives minor hindrances that are unavoidable.

Though that was before the updates.
