Yes, but you're screwed out of quite a while of "bashing".

You have to micro your heros good, alot of people will focus fire on them so have a quick escape route and some tanks to move in and take its spot. Wc3 is all about micro(IE moving, attacking blah blah with good accruacy) As far as bashing goes its easy as undead you just alternate ghouls with the ones getting lumber, for NE you just well them while microing them so they all absorb less damage(Move a unit thats getting hit hard out, then back into the battle when the creatures stop hitting it) ..anyways there are countless ways. Besides if there is a tavern and you have a second mine you should have no problem.

As far as starcraft goes you should expand quick as you can without sacrificing a half decent army. Its most easy as terran because you can tank its choke and put some barraks in for blockers, protoss you put a few cannons up and you are fine. Zerg is the true pain and you should wait till you have some spare lurkers, then drop about 4 sunks and 2 spores by it.

Send a unit to a Tavern. There, you can instantly ressurect your hero, although for more gold than you would have at an altar.

You should always have 2-3 mines running, just drop like 3-4 towers around them in the case of an attack.

Erion, I played that map for like 5 weeks straight game after game .

Omg I know. It was the Especially being Scourge, because your towers were invis. But the Defenders were so overpowered, a lot of them would just ww and run past the towers, or just tank it, then gut the base from the inside. That was sad. It was so unbalanced, yet so awesome.
