Never!

Since the thread has veered inevitably from realistic wishes to more grandiose ones, here's mine. Consideration.
In particular, yes, it's true. If you're a and happy about it, yes, you can create meaningless, endless conflict as a way to ensure that other people can't ever do the things they want to do. Maybe you can even get people to leave the game with it. Yes, there's no rule against it. Yes, your character is able to do it.
I want a system that opens up the skulls of these people, removes whatever is there, and puts in a brain that has some kind of empathy function, some kind of human decency. So that all those "yes" statements in the last paragraph run up against the question "but, should you?" and do not run it over without even seeing it.
I'd settle, however, for a means to banish them to the Elemental Plane Of Stupidity, where they can constantly try to screw each other over and leave some room for the rest of us to roleplay now and then.

To be able to gather 2,000 enraged Taurians who'd be willing to follow me anywhere and actively do so. Oh, and eventually learn how to fight, yes... or at least cure efficiently.

Yes I know, lots and lots of emotes...but there's just no words to say how much I agree with Gwylifar in this.

Funny how this wish embodies the lack of empathy and drive for eternal conflict that Gwylifar was wishing AGAINST
