City vs City struggles with a negative feedback - the stronger you are, the harder it is to do things for you and the easier for your opponent. Also including things like demon lords (and everything else) being MUCH easier to ressurect then to kill, etc. Much more interesting then the "one city PWNS all" scenario - no matter, Magnagora, Shallam or Smurfville.
Trill, Lucidian, Orclach and Krokani races to make more sense stat-wise. Same for Dracnari, but here we need a downgrade, not an upgrade.
And cheap credits on the market - but if at least two of the other wishes get realised somehow, I'll be happy even if they'll be 10000 per.
