Could it be the level 2 regen artie ring and the level 3 torc stacked with faeling sipping bonus? Take off the arties and then try.

Many people in other classes acquire level 2 regeneration. Level 3 Torc still has my faeling health at 2670 max. Level 1 sip bonus, does not compare to a surged warrior's sipping (Sip healing does increase at a faster rate than the increase in damage caused by greater health). Heck, Terenas heals for 1.5-2k damage per healing cycle when he is surged. I am also a mage with very low physical damage mitigation compared to wiccans, guardians, and warriors. Last time I checked, most of the geo demesne passive damage, if not all, is physical in nature.
