Ok i am a little confused with trueshield it says you can wield two shields but you lose the benifit of both is that just with the trueshield or the protection the shields give?

Trueshield just allows you to wield a shield and gain a benefit from it (otherwise it only protects that one arm so to speak), allowing you to protect your head, gut, and chest. Wielding two shields negates any benefit. Therefore, do not wield two shields.
