Shamarah's a bit of an elitist in that respect. Besides, you can hardly blame him (or me, for that matter) for not wanting you to join because you decided you'd like to join the Aquamancers because the Celestines are too hard to get into. Doesn't exactly show dedication to a cause!

And if you want a Celestian character that badly, then... make a new alt? I'd never even heard of the alt you contacted me with (assuming I'm thinking of the same character, but I can't think of any other that fits the above circumstance).
