Do you even know Visaeris? The sort of person he is? What he's done?

No. Very few people have seen/known him from Achaea, and know some of the other things that have gone on here. If he would have been a good anything, Viravain would have made him it. Or he'd be labeled a successor. And he's not. He throws fits when he doesn't get his way, he betrays people thinking it'll put himself in higher-ups good graces. He essentially traded two people's reputation (and one person's job) thinking he'd get the CL spot. Because Druid GM wasn't enough for him. And when he found out it was up to the commune, he threw a fit when everyone followed my lead for Bau. He threw a fit when he didn't get Champ, and a fit in the ebonguard when he was likewise denied Champ.

Anyone remember the Terentia mess? The hours he spent smearing the names of decent, hard-working staff members that made the mistake of telling him stuff, because they trusted him? It wasn't morals. He just does things to get back at people, and to try and control the workings of things, manipulating his way to the top. Only, he just hurts people. One cannot bake a cake with salt.

Even though I knew Visaeris's character on Achaea and would love to comment on this issue based on that, this really should be considered an entirely separate issue and only Visaeris's character should be discussed, not his alt elsewhere.

Seeing as I'm an outsider and has no idea how much people hated or loved Visaeris in Glomdoring. I'm just curious as to whether there was an agreement between Visaeris and Daganev and what Syrienne said about him in the earlier post was true or not. I wouldn't consider trusting the position of Marshall in the hands of someone who can't even keep a promise to a fellow guildmate, the GM in fact, or backstabbed someone who had supported him in the past. Glomdoring or not, that's just a bad way to get into powers.

Being as unbiased as possible, I can confirm that there was an agreement. I was standing next to them at the time it was made because I had numerous objections to him joining the Ebonguard, and he had to make the promise to be allowed in. The condition was that if the promise was broken, he would be removed completely. (It was a last chance).

I had no idea that Syrienne was the one who supported his joining the Ebonguard, but I can also verify he was asking around for people who would support his ousting her.

Not going to get into whether the promise was broken or not, that argument would probably go on for 20+ pages without any resolution, so no real point in starting.

There's something refreshing about seeing someone else's dirty laundry for a change. But I feel bad about feeling good about it.

Heh. Nothing guilty about feeling clean 'cause someone is messier. happy.gif
