I work in an IT department, for HTA. They run operations like the Old Town Trollies in 5 different US cities (you may have seen 'em. Loud, annoying, stupid).
15 an hour. I > all. I answer phones, and troll. Who's your daddy?

Officially I'm working 63 hour weeks plus random hours now. Unofficially, it's more like 71 hour weeks plus random hours. *goes collapse and sleep*
But yeah, I went through about 5 or 6 so-called work experience too while I was in school. Nothing more than doing stupid things like editing and re-editing and re-re-re-re-editing documents, running errands and phoning people to remind (nag) them about attending events.
Oh yeah, and *envy Tuek and Quidgyboo*.

What the hell are you DOING? 71 HOUR WORK WEEKS?! I'm sorry, that's just CRUEL. Wait. That means you're working 6 12 hour days, more or less. Or like, 5 14 and change hour days....
That's gross. Sorry.

*laugh* Is 2 jobs actually. 1 full time, other part time, and yeah, I'm nuts.
Full time is officially 8 hours a day, 6 days a week, but unofficially, I have to get there about half an hour earlier and stay another half to 1 late, depending on my luck. Job being frontdesk in a small hotel. If by change-hour, you mean rotating shifts, then yeah.
The part time job is audio transcriber, minimum 15 hours a week.

We do work experience here, too, and you aren't supposed to be paid for it. That's why they only call it 'work experience'. I did work experience, twice. It was only a week at each though, a preschool the first time (which I later went back to volunteer at) and a company called Care for Street Kids Australia, which for some reason involved building computers out of old parts.
The job that I quit just recently I was doing two to three days a week, 8 hours a day. Mind you, the pay absolutely sucked, but I didn't really care too much.
