Make a questing clan, where everyone helps each other with quests! Just make it very exclusive so the gods wont destroy you... Actually they probably would never let it happen in the first place... I dunno just like tips and hints... Call it the "basin of knowlege"

How about a chess/gambling club? Kind of unoriginal I suppose, but I haven't seen one about on Lusternia (heck, haven't seen much chess and/or gambling anyway). Anyway, it's hard to find people to play chess with, I'd gladly pay dues to be in a group interested enough.
Second idea: Dating service. Again, sort of unoriginal, but then what hasn't been done already? Just invite all the singles, maybe organize some mixers, let sparks fly, kick people out when they're engaged . Yet again, I'd probably pay dues for that.
