Who else is noticing a difference, with bashing, or ratting, or whatever?

I was complaining about it in my other thread cause it takes me about 2 cosmicfire to kill a old rat, when i have 18-19 int, trans celestialism but all i got was that there should be nothing wrong.

Took about 25 to kill a cherub earlier today..

Took me 45+ cosmicfires to get Amaru's handmaiden to shield.

Yeh. I was noticing its taking about 2-3 hits on a rat for me, when it used to take just 1 for every kind of rat.

45? Damn, I bet it'd take me most 10 moonbursts.

Thats not the first I've heard of it and its nice to hear the other cosmicfire using guild has seen slight denizen damage changes.

Actually I recently noticed a change... the spore grass in Glomdoring always used to take one hit to kill and some now take two. Only noticed it recently, but it seems rather odd. I've been doing a lotta comms questing over the years and grass was never that tough. Saying that, I didn't notice much of a change on Astral... *shrugs* I'm, not sure what to make.

Yeah, I noticed on my alt that the damage I was dealing out seemed excessively sucky. Took me an abnormally large amount of time to kill a grub (as a master viscanti with 17 int, due to knowledge blessing).

Aye, I've been noticing a lot of the same.

As an Imperial Merian, with Trans Celestialism, and a good Fortuna that hit my Int, I have 19 Int. It takes me about 2 hits to kill an old rat, 3 for a black rat, probably 5-6 for a Dreamleech... the numbers just generally seem to be down from what they used to be.

It could be a matter of balance, but I think that things may have gotten to the point where Cosmicfire is now one of, if not the weakest bashing skill around. I could very well be wrong, and correct me if I am, because I'm trying to find a weaker one. In any case, I hope someone "up there" notices, and possibly corrects the poor comparitive damage, to make the attack on par again.

Anyone else notice that Cosmicfire is weaker than comparative skills of other guilds?

As far as bashing damage goes Mage > Warrior > Wiccan > Guardian.

Cosmicfire has been the worst bashing skill since Lusternia opened pretty much, even blast is better.

Pretty much yeah, I never realised how bad cosmicfire was till I went mage.

It was 12 jabs and one WORLD SHATTERING CRITICAL for me to kill Nil Grim Horror.

it takes forever to kill the maiden and patchou... i usually have an easier time with grim, but thats a bit outdated info.
