No, not lich. They don't have a body to bodysnap to, but they can still coalasce (horrid spelling!), afflict, etc. And stay in dreamform until they run out of willpower (which insta-kills them, since they don't have a body!) They have to wait for themselves to get 10 power after they die, then form, drains 10 more power, no xp loss, etc.

Eh, let's quit whining about it. When more people have kether/violet, it'll be easier to drive Dreamers off.

Also, they should be able to draw people out of their bodies, and then send their dreamform randomly across the plane. They then need to find their body, and ENTER BODY. Bizzitches.
