Any way I can reset the value of variables to their defauls without it saying that they're reset?

It's one of the settings in your preferences, I believe. In with Command Echo, Trigger Echo, Script Echo, System Messages. I think it's system messages, but I kill them all. Most of them are only good for debug, though command echo can be useful at times.
