Go Glomdorian Washingtonians! I'm in Monroe right now but I spent most of my life in the Des Moines-Federal Way area. I just say Seattle when people ask online though, because Monroe is so damn obscure, and it's a long ass drive to anything worthwhile.

In Port Townsend (yay Olympic Peninsula!) though I doubt anyone else is really nearby.. and plus they took our walking ferry to seattle away so its back out to Kingston or Bainbridge to get over :\\

I'm going to be doing a lot of hiking this summer.. if anyone wants to come along email me! genesisstrain@gmail.com
Probably hike olympic national park mostly, but there are some great places to see out there! Might hit cascades too if there is enough interest.

If you know where Yakima is, Prosser is about a 30 minute drive east of there on Interstate 182. It's in the southern central area of the state.
