Erion, go away. I never bring forum issues into Lusternia and my statement should have been taken lightly as it was a joke. If anything, I feel that many people abuse forums to get things off of their chest that they can't do in game. I keep a lot of my rants ic. I don't start many threads. It's rare.

I know what the topic is about. It is tiring with no real end result in sight. At the same time, is everyone opposed to conflict in Lusternia? I'm one of the ones who voted Yes. No matter how annoying, without some conflict, Lusternia would die.

I don't agree with your statement about willpower, but I'd like to see a number of druid abilities linked to ego. All the races which would seem suited to Druids have high ego, I think (barring shadowfaelings for the moment), and it does make sense that there is an exertion of self involved in bonding with the forest.

Rather than mages which rely on willing inert materials to their bidding, druids must contend with living things that have their own will to be cajoled or dominated. I don't mean all the abilities, of course, but some things could be linked to ego. This would allow more success (though still difficulty) in playing Tae'dae druids.

Cudgel without lightning or faster eq in your race is bad enough.. A tae'dae would be murdered before it could get two shots off.

Tae'dae are forestals, and thus have the innate relation to the Faethorn Conflict. I believe that is relevant to the topic, in some way or another.

I don't think it needs closing, Richter. I thought the votes were conclusive when it seemed to stop on around 7 yes votes, but then others starting voting in an interesting fashion.

The interesting thing is that Celest is split half and half, while even Magnagora's votes say no. Though I didn't think there were 8 celestians who spent time playing around on Ethereal
