On a scale of 1 to 10, ten being the highest, the name Lolly Pringle for a male ranks a snuggliest of them all.

I am now required to create an Alt in Magnagora (following idea taken from a friend/running joke), an Orclach warrior, by the name of Fluffy. This vile, twisted, demented and completely evil and malicious creature shall have but one pet. A poodle... .... ... and I forget the name the poodle was supposed to get.. I'll have to edit that in later when I find out again. *grumbles*

It was the constant use of male pronouns, I think.

Firstly that's horruble RP and secondly, you would last the 5 seconds it takes me to check gwho, and go WTF you die now.
You'd be straightened out or kicked out

Haven't made yet. Just decided I had my bobbing Knight avatar too long so I found a bobbing Wizard.

Devastator, the Pink Poodle!
Murphy: And no, as much as I enjoy pranks and jokes, I wouldn't actually act on that impulse, unless some act of whatever power drove me into insanity, a state lacking of sobriety (Rather difficult to get me drunk given I refuse to drink), or I end up taking some medication that ruins my judgement (and I'm currently in good health). So no need to worry about that.
I take RP much more seriously than that, unless the world I'm playing in is (or is described as) ridiculous, and there are few cases where I would make a character for such a game.

Problem is, I've seen too many snugglebunny furrikins (luckily they usually leave before long when people tell them to start acting stupid and saying "I am a nervous fox scared of the world, that's why I babble so much".
On the good side, there're some vegetarian-animal furrikins, but also, who could say a mink is "snuggly and cute"? I mean, they're little devils that fight against things several kinds their size, bit them in the neck to strangle them and are awfully prone to die with their teeth on somebody else meat/fur before releasing their grip. So, why should all furrikins be snuggly? maybe the squirrel ones, or the rabbit ones... but there're many small vicious predators to look like...
And they are all survivalistic creatures.
And anybody telling me a bear is snuggly, well... Go and snuggle one, I'll take pictures for the Darwin awards from up a tree.

In my post, that little black thing below the prairie dog but above the rabbit looking all grumpy and cute is a mink. It certifies as cuddly looking to me... at least, I'd definitely buy a RUSS toy if it looked a coochie coochie as that.
My furrikin vs. loboshigaru post also features a mink.
They may be ferocious, but they still look like cute widdle snuggly things to me.
Because of the cuteness factor, Ackleberry is definitely going to attract the snugglybunnies who want to roleplay a bouncing ball of non-violent adorableness. BUT, that can be adjusted if the commune, as a whole, agrees on and reinforces tough rp.
Still not going to change the image of an army of squirrels and rabbits though. Even if they can kick your booty to Nil and back, they're still furballs.
Real bears, the big, snap-your-head-off-in-one-bite ones in Luste are tae'dae, by the way. The furrikin versions are 3 feet tall. I'd still cuddle them.
Then again, that may be cos it's 5.30 am and I'm so hungry my brain's turned into mush.

Jadryga is right, I think if those of Ackleberry need to really buckle down the rules for what is acceptable as far as role playing goes. I imagine it won't be too hard either, a shun here and a scold there... bam.
You have more 'Shire' and less 'Care Bears'.

What the HELL is that last one? Looks like something out of freaking Munch's Oddyssey.

I'd still snuggle the first three of those furries!

Ooo! Oooo! I it the March Hare from the American McGee version of Alice?
Incidently, Alice in Wonderland and Through the Looking Glass are the best books ever. (The game was dumb though. Jump.... Jump....)
