What I imagined when I heard about "dreamweaving" was a way to make dreamscapes which would have some effect on people in the same area. Perhaps some linked to locations and some linked to people. These dreamscapes would be related to common dream imagery and symbolism and would replace the appearance of the location where they happen, creating both a surreal "is this real?" impression, and effects related to the dreams.
For example, a dream of flying that takes away your equilibrium, a dream of psychedelic colors swirling that grants pacifism, a dream of falling into a bottomless pit that traps you in the location, a dream of being naked in public that strips defenses, a dream of sexual bliss that lusts the target, a dream of crawling horrors that does recurring damage, a dream of discovering an unfamiliar place found in a familiar location that heals the dreamer's psyche, a dream of betrayal that forms a timed instakill. There are dozens of other bits of common dream symbolism that could be used.

4. The ability to drop non-flamed items from dreamform.

This would be so fantastic if we could drop as well as get, and there's no reason not to allow it. I'd think getting would be far more dangerous than dropping.

Dreamtrap, the person has to be a sleep and you have
to craft a trap mote before hand. Once hit the person
enters there phobia based dreamland(a maze), somewhere inside
is their body and they have to make it through the maze
to their body to reawake (or wait for the dream to fade)
the various parts of the dream cause certain afflictions
like you said, such as the falling dream nocking you off
eq or a nightmare fear you out of a room. could be intersting.
I like the idea of being able to enter a dreamscape area
accesible only for dreamerweavers. maybe special motes
or hallucinations would be available there from the
creatures living there. or Possibly greater motes
and things would only be creatable on the dream
plane.
as for a mount or entourage, a manifestation of dreaming.
maybe comes in different levels, the first one is formless
and appears only the dream plane, the second has a form
and can slightly effect the phsyical plane and the last
one is phsyical and can do many things there. giving
dream weavers the ability to manipulate the physical plane.

Dreamscapes would be fun. even though i wouldn't be using them.
(the idea sign smiley)
though i would like to see something like all players can learn to weave their own (1 room) dreamscape that a dreamweaver could enter made from basic options like forest/urban/mountain tainted/not etc so for example serens could have a forest, but a celest is not bound to the choice of the city.
Then a friendly dreamweaver could go in weaving defenses for them similar i guess to a manse. while an enemy could tear them down. perhaps with the players normal defenses being represented.
for example a moondancer with aura could have a shaft of moonlight that someone could attack stripping the defense.
i dunno... just an idea

I know some of these have been suggested before, but this is my wishlist that I think would improve Dreamweaving, in order of importance:
1. The ability to use IH and PROBE.
2. The ability to create affective, custom dreams.
3. The ability to make either yourself or another less tired, for a cost of endurance.
4. The ability to drop non-flamed items from dreamform.
-
and for fun:
-
5. The ability to enter a dreamweaver-unique area.
6. The ability to summon a dream phantasm as a loyal.
What else would dreamers like to see?

One more, critically important thing.
Shroud should not hide someone awakening. Or dreamweavers should have a means of sensing, or something.
