I would think Snakes would be the Gaudiguch Warrior Archetype, while "Warrior" Monk would be Hallifax's. At least that would be my personal opinions & views

I can't see frail Lucidians and Trill resorting to bare-fisted brutality, especially with the blunt weakness Lucidians were built with.
Moreover, the Dracnari in Dairuchi seem to know a certain amount of Tekura/RL martial art/whatever.

Note the "Warrior" Monk, if I recall correctly your atypical Warrior Monk fought with weapons, not just bare fists, typically staves or spears.
As for Snakes -chuckles- That would be moe a guild name then an actual representation.
Also remember, Monks were not prone to fits of passion, they followed logic and spirituality to the very core of thier beings.
-=Edit addition=-
In all seriousness though, I can see the Dracnari BEING warrior monks for thier warrior guilds once Gaudiguch came out and for the Lucidians/Trills of Hallifax, I would actually envision a more Magic/Air Based Knighthood, not quite in the fray...basically armored mages OR your unarmoured, fast attack knights, get in, slaughter, get out, pray you weren't hit 'cause likely it HURT.
