That would be good but like you said, it would take a fair amount of time to make an accurate chart. Each of the bodies is in a different state, the chart would need to be progressive over years.

It can be done, but it would be a lot of work.

I'd guess -5 from any given skill, at the right time.

And for anyone who wants to RP an Astrologer, I would think the work would be half the fun.

Primary evaluation- Bah, astrology can make anyone as tanky as the tankiest knights. Stu-pid.

Nejii gave me +2 dex. It cost him 3,000 willpower. With costs like that, I'd say its worthless because another Astrologer can reverse the effect with an opposite sphere or whatever.

He could also give you +2 dex for 100 willpower if he did it correctly. Don't make conclusions if you don't have access to the skill. I made an alt for a short time, and its very complicated if you don't have the AB files infront of you. (Even with the AB files some people find it complicated)

And I gave myself +3 int for free. The costs vary depending on the other bodies. And the effects can't be reversed until the sun changes position, which I tenatively think happens only every month.

Yeah, that's right. The stat things are the best we can do. The damage resistance things do almost nothing (Narsrim took about 10 more damage from me, making it about 400, with a 10% dragon negative sign), but the stat ups can be scary.

And against the right third of the population, the lightning fast aeon we can give out is good.

I'd like to add that we could do up to 5 afflictions in one normal eq move, very very rarely. And somewhat less rarely we could do asthma and anorexia ot once, with no setup, in one move.

It's very luck based. At some times we will be stuck with making people slightly more vulnerable to Aquamancers, and at other times we will be getting +3 INT and so forth.

The skill comes in knowing what time of year is right for what ability.

EDIT: Oh, and during the right time of month we get +1 con. That's pretty good. I'm not at trans yet though, but we presumably get another similar ability en route.

There are four different +stats given to astrologers depending on the time of month. I think, I'm still not trans either. And I think they're probably different for each city.

Yeah, Athana, it's inconsistent, but it's fun. Sadly it's less about variety in -choice- that I would have liked, but I only really had two moves in healing, so at least I have SOME options now. It's also cool.
