I was trying to change my avatar. I downloaded a picture to my desktop, went to upload the new one as an avatar, and all it did was take my old one and shrink it to half size!

I tried this a number of times with the same result, and finally tried to download a new picture. I got it, saved it, and tried adding it as my avatar, but all it did was bring back the old one full size!

I've messed with it a few different ways, and I've even tried "remove avatar" when the Turks one was up.

Any suggestions on how to put one on?

Could it just be your cookies being silly? Mine did stupid stuff like that too until I wiped it all and reloaded the browser.

Meh. Probabaly not *shrug*. Maybe it did not like the format.
