I'm with Quidgyboo on this one, I mean... seriously, give it up. Everyone either doesn't know what the heck you're talking about or doesn't care (I'm on the latter half of the spectrum).

I'm going on about how Gregori is trying to make it sound like Shikari is trying to screw our commune over, or implying that Shikari is some kind of idiot, the same type of attacks that were placed against Viravain.

Sounds more like that IC propaganda you're so fond of using than an RL hatred of the concept.

I don't see Gregori doing that though.

The attacks on Viravai came from largly within Glomdoring, remember?

I dunno...I remember Gregori doing something like this in regards to Nikua to destroy his reputation. At least, that's what people said he was trying to do. I didn't really care .

The attacks on Viravain, I remember comming mostly from people who happened to be members of DoK... I know I know.. I'm paranoid.

And Yes, Gregori did the same thing to Nikua.

I think just about everyone in Serenwilde did that to Nikua; he deserved it.

As for any kind of 'smear' tactics, I'd strongly suggest that you think hard about starting down that road, although, I have not seen or heard of any such matters except here on the forums.

Smear tactics in game = fun for all the family. On the forums = just taking advantage of people's inability to keep the forum and the game distinct, which is lame.

Or the forums from the game... I've seen too many posts that seem written by some guys characters with more smileys.
