Bearing in mind this is an off-peak time, because the west coast of the U.S. have only just left work, and only the east coast have actually gotten into the usual time of the evening when people are playing games.

Actually, there are 317 players there right now, aswell I've seen well over 400 players there many times.
We will need a much larger player-base for another city to open. I think this is possible though because all of what Lusternia offers that others cannot.
